Pool Barrier Requirements
Protecting our children around pools is not only important, it is also the law.
Each city or town may have requirements that are more stringent than the State even if there are no children present in the home. Each city web page can be accessed using the link below. Once on the city website, click on "Departments" which should take you to "Community Development", "Development Services" or "Building Safety". If you need further information, contact your local Building Safety office.
