Dear ICC Members and Friends,
Congratulations on a successful Building Safety Month! Communities and chapters across the country generated nearly 400 proclamations throughout the month. If you haven’t shared your proclamation, there’s still time – just upload it on the website or send it to me. It was an honor to be a part of some of your special events spotlighting the efforts of the building safety community.
And now, we dive into summer! Check out the latest news from ICC in this month’s Government Relations Monthly Update. Some highlights include:
- ICC leaders make legislative and agency visits in Washington, DC
- Registration now open for 2026 ICC Annual Conference + Expo in Nashville
- Membership survey on permit fees and plan review open through June
- Preliminary vote results released for 2027 Code Development Cycle Group A and B
