Summary:

-This module will inform participants of recent ethical scandals worldwide and root causes. Recent data on the loss of trust in various sectors (e.g., business, government, and media) will be explained. Typical challenges managers face in organizational life such as balancing financial and social performance will be explored. Ethical decision-making will be analyzed with an emphasis on an objective model of analysis and application through a case study to reinforce understanding.
