Planning and Development Partners:
The following is a link to the 2025 Planning and Development Department Process Improvement Report. The report is a follow-up to our 2024 Process Improvement Report and summarizes what we have done, what we are working on and what’s next.
One of the commitments we reinforce in this year’s report is to continue to listen and collaborate with you as we aim to strengthen our commitment to partnership. To that end, we are hosting a listening session specifically focused on Inspections on Tuesday, October 14, from 12:30 to 2:00 p.m. at the Burton Barr Central Library.
This session is part of a series of listening sessions planned for this year and continuing into next year. During the session, we will provide:

An overview of our Inspections programs;

An opportunity to meet and engage with Inspections supervisors; and most importantly,

An opportunity for you to share feedback with us on what’s working well and where we can improve our inspections efforts.

Questions about the listening session can be sent to Helen Soza at helen.soza@phoenix.gov. Please share the report and information for the Inspections listening session with anyone you think would be interested. We are also coordinating a joint listening session with the Water Services Department and Street Transportation Department in October. More details will be shared soon.
