Description
The Town of Fountain Hills (fountainhillsaz.gov) has an excellent full-time job opportunity available as a Senior Building Inspector. This position will remain open until filled with applications reviewed weekly.
Position reports to the Chief Building Official/Plans Examiner and is one of two Senior Building Inspectors. The position will work Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day.
Pending Town Council final approval, the selected candidate could start as soon as July 1, 2024.
Utilizing knowledge and training in town building, electrical, mechanical, plumbing, energy, zoning codes, and related laws and ordinances to provides combination inspections for residential and commercial buildings, inspects buildings to verify compliance with codes, drawings, and contracts.
