JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs difficult advanced technical work supervising, managing, directing, and organizing daily operations, establishing processes and procedures, reviewing plans and specifications for projects to determine compliance, maintaining files and records, preparing reports, and related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the Director of Development Services. Divisional supervision is exercised over all personnel within the division.
