The Town of Gilbert has a position available for a Plans Examiner II-Building!

Team Gilbert has an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated professional to fill the position of Plan Examiner II - Building. 

The Plans Examiner II reports to the Plan Review Supervisor.  The primary function of this position is to conduct reviews and analyses of residential, commercial, and industrial land development projects, as well as assist in projects from permit application to final inspection. This position conducts front counter work and work station plan reviews, makes field visits, and reviews applications, plans, and related documents to ensure compliance with applicable codes, specifications, and ordinances while providing information and technical assistance to internal and external customers.
